1 or 2 inch binders

If the Grade 5 students would like to use a 1 or 2 inch binder for their Reading and Media notes, please provide at your earliest convenience. Currently they are all using a duo tang and it is quite cumbersome to move the pages each day.

urgent request for your child!

Parents,

We frequently use technology for Math and Language Arts. Please provide a pair of earbuds or headphones for your child (earbuds are tricky with tiny ears). In addition, please provide them with a portable mouse that they can use in class. They will be keeping both of these items in their bag when it isn't being used. Writing their name on their belongs will help curtail any possible theft.

ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE BOTH OF THESE THINGS THIS YEAR.

Thank you,

Patricia MacKinnon

Dear Parents and Students,

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. This weekend is merely a reminder of our need to be thankful each and every day for the many, many blessings we each have in our lives.

For the week ahead we are still continuing to build on skills which we need to complete this year’s curriculum and to confidently progress to the next school year. Even though we still have 8.5 months to go, the building of these skills must start now if we are to find success.
